Not one thing.

We absolutely loved our stay at this modern, spacious hotel just outside Brussels. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and a short distance from both the airport and the hospital. The rooms were clean, well-decorated, and comfortable, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. the hotel offered convenient facilities such as a well-equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

We did experience some noise from the air conditioning in the neighboring room. However, it was only a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

The room was spacious with plenty of storage options and a well-equipped kitchen. the convenience of having a supermarket on the main floor was a great bonus. the location was perfect, with bus stops right outside the hotel and a direct bus to the airport.

The lack of towels provided was a bit disappointing, with only one hand towel and one medium towel. It would also have been nice to have some basic kitchen essentials like salt and pepper.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with our room being well cleaned and comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a large TV and in-room kitchen facilities. The location just outside the city center was perfect, with a 10-minute walk to the metro station and bus stops right outside the building. It was super convenient for transportation, especially being so close to the airport. The staff, particularly Ms. Mariyama at the reception, were kind and friendly.
